Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Chronyte account and the personal data associated with it at any time. You do not need access to the dashboard to submit a request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@codemantixcollective.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
  2. Send the request from the email address registered to your Chronyte account.
  3. Include your account email address and state that you want your account and associated personal data permanently deleted.
  4. We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What will be deleted

  • Your Chronyte account profile and authentication association.
  • Scheduled content, drafts, templates, and stored post records associated with your account.
  • Connected social-account identifiers and authorization tokens held by Chronyte.
  • Uploaded media associated solely with your account, subject to technical and legal retention requirements.

Processing time and exceptions

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may retain limited records where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or maintain security. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Disconnect third-party platforms

Deleting your Chronyte data does not automatically delete content already published on a social platform. You can also revoke Chronyte’s access directly from the connected platform’s app or security settings. Contact that platform separately to delete data it controls.
