• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

When you connect third-party social media accounts to Chronyte:

• You authorize us to access and post to your accounts on your behalf
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post content to those accounts
• You can disconnect any account at any time through the Connected Accounts page
• We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts
• You must comply with each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines

You retain ownership of all content you create and post through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., scheduling and publishing your posts). You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, including ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or platform-specific community guidelines.

The Service includes AI-powered content generation features. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and editing before publishing
• AI output may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your audience
• You assume full responsibility for any AI-generated content you choose to publish
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will achieve any specific results or engagement

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, or threatening content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

We are not liable for any failed or delayed post publications due to platform API changes, rate limits, token expiration, or service outages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronyte and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
